Such individuals are invaluable in collective endeavors, whether it's complaining to a landlord or a government entity. They possess an acute understanding of how to operate within larger systems and have a collective mindset that prioritizes "we" over "I."

As an American who openly supports communism, I feel it's a noble idea on paper, and it would work perfectly if human beings were naturally hive-minded like many insects, such as ants and bees. Unfortunately, the inherent nature of humans doesn't align with the principles of communism. We tend to value ownership and property, making it challenging to promote communal living. Perhaps, in the future, artificial intelligence could handle the more labor-intensive tasks, leaving humans to dedicate themselves to more creative and leisurely pursuits.

The Challenges of Equality in a Communist Society

Communism seeks equality for all, which sounds noble but can lead to unproductive and inefficient societies. The ideal of equality often means that talented and naturally gifted individuals often find themselves working harder and earning more due to their capabilities. This disparity is evidenced by the experiences of the Kulaks in the USSR, where those who were more productive ended up with more resources despite initial equality.

Equality often results in a lack of incentive, as individuals may not see value in their work if everyone is paid the same regardless of productivity. This can lead to a society where people work less and less productively. In a society of abundance, this might seem desirable, but it's an illusion. The abundance is created by a few highly skilled and dedicated workers who are motivated by fair compensation, not equality.

A Balanced Approach: A Hybrid Economic Model

One possible solution is a hybrid economic model that combines communist ideals with capitalist mechanisms. In such a society, cooperation and competition can coexist. Competitive enterprise, which can be incredibly rewarding, drives innovation and productivity. However, competition should be balanced with cooperation and fairness. Instead of viewing competition as a zero-sum game where one's gain is another's loss, it should be seen as a collaborative endeavor where both parties can win through shared progress.

For societies to thrive, it's crucial to recognize and nurture talent while promoting fairness. Talented individuals should be celebrated and rewarded for their contributions, but there should also be mechanisms to ensure that others do not feel neglected. Instead of stepping on the adversarial path, successful competitors can invite their adversaries to celebrate and collaborate, leading to mutual growth and improvement.
